Tastes like broccoli! Great for sautés and soups or fresh eating. Delicious with garlic! Broccoli greens also freeze very well. Remove stem, slice into short ribbons and freeze on a cookie sheet. Once frozen, store in a zipped freezer bag. Toss directly into soups while frozen.
