Lettuce Mix with Peppery Arugula

A lettuce mix that changes with the seasons and temperatures. This mix will contain arugula and may contain green and red curly leaves, bright green oak leaf lettuce and/or deep magenta oak leaf lettuce.  **Our lettuce mix is not washed. This will extend it's useful life for you. Please rinse the lettuce prior to use.
